During the COVID-19 shut down we will be releasing impounds by appointment only, and we will only be releasing belongings if it is a matter of life and death.
You will be given a 15-minute window, if you miss this window your car may not be released to you until the next block of appointments are available and you will be required to pay the storage costs associated.
(Note we are only releasing vehicles on Saturdays) you will need to call for an appointment slot.
You must complete this form in advance of your arrival making sure you upload your Photo ID
You will need to make an internet banking payment which must be visible in our bank account before we release the vehicle so make sure you do it at least one business day before you plan to collect your vehicle.
Upon arrival at our yard, you will need to call us and advise us of your arrival and which vehicle you are here to collect.
Our team will prepare the vehicle, and call you through to the sliding gate to collect the vehicle.
We ask that you maintain the 2-meter social distancing rule, keeping away from both our staff and others.
