Our custom built HIAB Recovery Unit was designed in house to tackle the toughest recoveries in the game.  With an eight meter reach and capacity to lift in excess of 6 tonne we can tackle any job.

What should i do if my car has been in a accident?

The first thing you should do is make sure you and everyone is ok. Cars can be replaced but people cant. Generally if your car is insured it is best for it to be towed to our secure storage facility. Once you have called your provider and obtained a claim number. The insurance company will contact us to either take photos or send a insurance assesor to our depot.

I want to authorise someone to collect my car or belongings.

No problem, we just need the registered owner to email us with the following.

  1. Vehicle Details - License Plate Number, Make and Model.
  2. Attach a copy of their photo identification (Drivers License or Passport)
  3. Outline who you would like to authorise
  4. And what you are authorising them to do?
    1. Collect Belongings
    2. Collect the Vehicle
    3. Act on your behalf

How to collect items from my car?

If you are not the registered owner you will need authorisation from them first. You will need to bring the following

  1. Valid and current photo identification (drivers license or passport)
  2. Enclosed shoes (no jandles or sandles)
  3. Please not conditions may apply to you removing belongings from the vehicle.
This does not include any fixed items that belong to the vechile. i.e Stereo, Wheels etc

What if I am uninsured?

If you are uninsured thats ok we can help. We have a disposal process which can offset some or all of your bill.
